1· Hold a wall sit while reading the morning paper
2· Bust out a few squats as you’re brushing your teeth
3· Walk around your office building while on a conference call
4· Hold the grocery bags at a ninety degree angle and feel the arm burn as you walk to your car
5· Repeat several calf raises each time you wash your hands
6· Swap your office chair for an exercise ball
7· Wax on, wax off! Shiny car and toned arms
8· For buns of steel simply repeat the classic gluteus squeeze as often as you think about it throughout the day
9· In through the nose, out through the mouth; deep breathing is good for the body and the mind
10· Bring on the housework! Adapt your mopping, vacuuming, window washing etc. to create a little more burn
